Winner: Masako Cornett – Global HR + Administration

Masako is the quiet force behind PAC’s global operations—offering support that spans financial, administrative, and HR functions with precision and grace. Her teammates described her as the “person everyone turns to,” someone who “makes things happen in the background” and is “a center of support globally.” Masako’s dedication, kindness, and tireless contributions earned her well-deserved recognition as a true hidden gem.

Customer Centricity Award

Winner: Ricardo Vegini – Program Management Director

With 23 years at PAC, Ricardo continues to set the bar for customer care. Whether leading a major project or cultivating long-term relationships, his approach blends deep technical knowledge with strategic vision and people-first leadership. From growing partnerships to developing career pathways for his team, Ricardo’s commitment is a blueprint for customer success.

Winner: Guira Barretto – Director of Program Management

Guira has been with PAC for 18 years and is known for his grace under pressure, professionalism, and dedication to creating successful, sustainable partnerships—especially within the Amazon business. His peers credit him for “managing multiple projects and scoring high on all,” and say he has “created success with integrity and passion.”

Gamechanger Award

Winner: Griselda Velazquez – Global Training + Compliance Manager, EHS

Griselda’s work behind the scenes ensures that PAC meets the highest standards for compliance and certification. Described as “an agent of change” and “a joy to collaborate with,” her leadership in Avetta, EcoVadis, and training initiatives plays a vital role in keeping PAC future-ready, safe, and trusted by our clients.

Growth Mindset Award

Winner: Juliana Silva – Financial Analyst

Juliana brings thoughtfulness, curiosity, and an eye for process improvement to every project she touches. From successfully leading the launch of PAC’s new procure-to-pay system to continuously elevating our finance practices, her drive and dedication inspire her colleagues and reflect the essence of a growth mindset.

Rising Star Award

Winner: Sam Beggs – IT Operations / Security Engineer

Nominated in nearly every category, Sam’s incredible support across departments led to the creation of this special award. He’s known for being “always available,” “proactive,” and a “true team player.” Sam’s work has strengthened IT security, simplified workflows, and fostered cross-functional collaboration with professionalism and patience.

PAC Ambassador Award

Winner: Thomas Stanley – Global Director of EHS + PAC365

As the leader of PAC’s global health, safety, and compliance strategy, Thomas plays a pivotal role in shaping PAC’s operational excellence. From launching PAC365 to representing the company on international stages, his energy, leadership, and voice continue to amplify PAC’s mission across industries and borders.

The Collaborator Award

Winner: Design + Marketing Team (Diva Firoozi, Mario Rodriguez, Eved Robleto and Dara Firoozi)

Before joining PAC, Jeff served as a Global Account Executive at JLL, where he managed the Cisco account, overseeing Integrated Facilities Management and Workplace Experience services across data centers, critical labs, and global real estate. He previously led JLL’s operations for Amazon, where he scaled the team from 750 to over 5,000 technicians, engineers, and managers, delivering automation, robotics, and facilities services in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Jeff also brings deep experience in technical program management and international operations. As Program Manager for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s Cooperative Threat Reduction Program, he oversaw a $1.5 billion portfolio, delivering high-security infrastructure, labs, and border security projects across Eastern Europe, APAC, and Africa.

Jeff’s global perspective, operational discipline, and people-first leadership approach will be instrumental as we continue to expand and evolve the E-PAC platform.

Recently, Stephen made an impact on a battery manufacturer project in Canada, where his strategic insights helped trim 12 weeks off the schedule and saved over $10 million in Capex. He also took on a leadership role with a new EV manufacturer’s automotive supplier park in the MENA region, implementing hundreds of design improvements across five facilities—efforts that earned glowing recognition from a new EV manufacturer’s top management. 

When he’s not driving innovation at work, Stephen’s staying active at home, keeping up with his three kids, renovating his new house, or hitting the slopes for a ski session. A die-hard Stoke City FC fan, he’s seen his fair share of ups and downs (but mostly downs!). For colleagues and aspiring industry pros, his advice is to “build strong relationships, stay adaptable, keep the big picture in mind, and take full ownership of your work.” Stephen’s enthusiasm, commitment, and knack for problem-solving make him a true PAC asset!”

Lyndi brings over 11 years of HR leadership experience from Amazon, where she provided strategic HR support across multiple client groups, including Ops Support Functions, Transportation, and Tech. She played a key role in performance management, succession planning, organizational design, employee engagement, and leadership development. Prior to Amazon, she was part of Ingersoll Rand’s Accelerated Development Program, further shaping her expertise in HR strategy.

At ePAC, Lyndi will lead the People and Performance team, focusing on driving transformation, establishing scalable processes, and ensuring long-term organizational success. Her leadership will be instrumental in supporting the next phase of ePAC’s evolution.

Lyndi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Public Relations from Central Michigan University and a Master’s in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
