Through our local Saudi partner, <strong>Himmah<\/strong>, we will capitalize on our experienced team from PAC South Africa for technical oversight while collaborating with other regional partners who contribute valuable subject matter expertise, cost effective resources, localization within Saudi and related project references.<\/p>\n\n<p>The new service line is <strong>Integrated Maintenance and Facilities Management<\/strong>. Our core objectives include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enhanced Operational Reliability:<\/strong> Providing integrated maintenance solutions for optimal manufacturing performance.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Soft Landing in Emerging Markets:<\/strong> Facilitating clients&#8217; entry into local markets by navigating regulatory challenges and supply chains. Himmah oversees and manages an industrial area within the King Abdullah Economic City, KSA, where a lot of our potential clients will be setting up their facilities.<\/p>\n\n<p>To successfully launch and support these services, the initiative is led by <strong>Reenen Teubes<\/strong>, with <strong>Phil Johnston<\/strong> and <strong>Richard Swando<\/strong> as Service Line Executives.<\/p>\n\n<p>Reenen is the newly-appointed <strong>PAC Director of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacgroup.com\/maintenance-services\/\">Maintenance Services<\/a><\/strong> with over 25 years of experience in global project management and operational leadership. He holds a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering, a Diploma in Project Management, and a Master of Business Leadership. At PAC South Africa, he has led operations in Automotive, Defense, and Agriculture. Previously, as Chief Operations Officer at Denel Land Systems, he managed military projects and international operations in the Middle East and Far East, with a focus on vehicle support in the
