Thomas\u2019s recent achievement is nothing short of impressive. Leading PAC365\u2019s first project in Northern Europe, he assembled a diverse team to tackle machine safety, CE certification, and regulatory compliance for a major client. His team\u2019s efforts helped the facility meet EHS standards, avoid prohibition notices, and secure compliance with machine directives, allowing for self-certification in CE marking. Over 12 months, they improved safety performance and implemented processes that substantially reduced accident risks, showcasing the value of PAC365.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Outside of work, Thomas is a dedicated family man, committed to raising awareness for ADHD and Autism, especially in support of his youngest daughter. He\u2019s an off-road motorbike enthusiast who, when not tackling British mud, enjoys unwinding with friends and family.
